Terms of Service & Refunds

1. Our services

• We offer two kinds of service. AI-assisted visual previews are generated automatically and delivered within minutes. Architect-led design packages are prepared by an architect.
• Each package page states what is included, the delivery format, the number of revision rounds and the expected delivery time. That description forms part of our agreement with you.
• AI previews are visual explorations generated by AI. They are not an architectural design, a technical drawing, a structural assessment or a verified shopping specification, and they must not be used as the basis for construction work.

2. Ordering and payment

• Prices are in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. VAT depends on the country where the property is located. Businesses with a valid VAT number in another EU member state may be invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.
• The price can depend on the size of the property. Properties larger than a package's range may need a custom quote.
• You pay by card through Stripe at checkout. The contract is concluded once your payment is confirmed. We then email you an order confirmation and an invoice.

3. What we need from you

• Accurate information, photos and dimensions. Your design is based on what you provide.
• You confirm that you have the right to share the photos you upload and that they do not show other people without their consent.
• For architect-led packages, the delivery time starts once we have everything we need, including your answers to the style questionnaire.

4. Delivery and revisions

• We deliver your design through a personal link, which we also send to you by email.
• Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on its page. A revision refines the delivered design within the original scope. Adding a room, choosing a completely new direction or otherwise changing the scope counts as a new order.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Because we start work right after payment at your request, the following applies:

• AI previews are delivered within minutes. Once delivered, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. You confirm this when you place the order.
• Architect-led packages: if you withdraw within the 14-day period and before we have started work, you get a full refund. If we have already started at your request, we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the work already done. Once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To withdraw, email info@casadilola.online with your order number. We will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

6. Refunds

• If we cannot deliver your order, for example because the photos cannot be used and better ones cannot be provided, you get a full refund.
• If the delivery does not match the package description, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
• If you are not happy with the creative direction within the agreed scope, we resolve that through the revision rounds included in your package.

None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Copyright and use

• The designs remain the authored work of Casa di Lola. You get a non-exclusive licence to use what we deliver for your own property, including sharing it with your contractors and suppliers. You may not resell it or publish it as your own work.
• We show your project (in our portfolio, for example) only with your explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

• We prepare our designs with professional care. Carrying them out (construction, installation and purchases) is the responsibility of you and your contractors. Always check dimensions on site, follow local building regulations and obtain any permits you need.
• Our liability is limited to the price you paid. This limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Complaints and applicable law

If you have a complaint, email info@casadilola.online and we will reply as soon as we can, and within 14 days at the latest.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You can also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (https://kzp.bg) or the European Consumer Centre in your country.

10. Changes

Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
